One Response to “Will swimming froggy style help me tone my arms?”

  • Jake says:

Swimming is one of the most effective exercises for toning and strengthening the stomach muscles. Not only is it one of the best cardiovascular workouts, but it will help strengthen muscles throughout your body and may improve your posture and endurance level over time. Swimming exercises performed consistently will help you tone your stomach and keep it in good shape throughout the year.

so if you swim a lot and stick to what you are doing and are consistent about it, it shouldn’t matter. and it is true that it tones you muscles all over your body and should broaden your shoulders if you iscolate them in a specific stroke.

so ‘frog style’ should improve fitness and depending on the arm stroke should also tone the arms. however i would advise you to learn other strokes also.
