does the breaststroke or the front crawl work out more parts of your body? i know one is faster and the other one’s slow, but which of them would be best to work out my body, arms, and legs altogether?

    I would say breast stroke but that is only if you are doing it properly. Then again if you are just trying to work out then do the the strokes.

    do the butterfly. if you can go fast you will get ripped, your legs will get strong, and your back strength will be increased

    I would say either butterfly or breaststroke, with butterfly being more intense. But all strokes work out your entire body..that’s why swimming is Awesome! haha
