Breaststroke and Butterfly but butterfly is the harder one b/c you have to have good core muscles to go fast.
Breaststroke in order to go fast you have to have a very good and strong technique and endurance level.
butterfly is known to be the “OH MY GOD I’M GONNA DROWN!” stroke when swimming to most swimmers. It’s not the hardest stroke, but it takes a lot of hard HARD HARD work to make it easy. Years and years of practice to make it feel not that hard or absolutely easy. In fly, the little things can make or break how you swim it.
o.k, enough of me rambling.
but really, breaststroke is the hardest for me. my kick is… “OH MY GOD YOU’RE GONNA DROWN” horrible. I rely on my arms to get me through breast, which i shouldn’t do, but i do anyways until i get better with the kick ^^”
the butterfly.(for me)
definitely butterfly, for everyone.
Most difficult? Butterfly. It’s exhausting, because of all the core muscle strength it takes.
However, I think the slowest (at least for me) is Breaststroke, because there are so many intricate movements involved in proper form.
