Also I want to loose weight as much from my bottom half (legs and bum)…what stroke would be best for this? (breastroke, front crawl, etc)
I ment toning up, im not really wanting to loose weight, just tone up!

I swim for the SUSS (Shelby United States Swimming) team, the Sharks, and I have my first long-course meet this weekend. I am nervous! i think i will be the most nervous when I get on the blocks and see 50 yards of water in front of me because i have never even seen a long course pool, let alone raced in one. It is also my first 13 and older meet.
