Triathlon Swimming Made Easy: The Total Immersion Way for Anyone to Master Open-Water Swimming

I’m new to Triathlons this year (have done 2 now, and signed up for a few more), but I’m not really sure how to improve my bike and swim times. For a 750m swim it took me 18mins, and 20k bike was almost 50 mins.

My runs are improving alright, but i just can’t seem to get faster on the bike. And as for training for the swim, I just go to the beach and swim front crawl for 20-30mins.

Any advice??
