I am 17 years old, how many seconds should I be able to swim 25m Front crawl in?
I have recently took up swimming and I am aiming to improve my indurance and become faster any tips?
My fastest time for front crawl 25m to date is 11seconds
Since I only know the terms in other language, it’s hard for me to read all the “workouts” (for ex. what does pull, kick, etc mean?) And do most of the workout pertrain only to the front crawl? I want to work on my technique since it has been a while. Any ideas or thoughts?
