Since I only know the terms in other language, it’s hard for me to read all the “workouts” (for ex. what does pull, kick, etc mean?) And do most of the workout pertrain only to the front crawl? I want to work on my technique since it has been a while. Any ideas or thoughts?

I have been swimming before but never had proper lessons and have had no real instruction on strokes but I can do front crawl and breaststroke and backstroke (the latter to an appalling level!). Is it too late to start a swimming club in England? I’m willing to work hard! thanks :)

Backstroke, Freestyle Front Crawl etc. theres a couple more?

I’m 17, and I want to start swimming laps like 1 -2 times a week, for like around 45 minutes each time. mostly front crawl and backstroke.

I really really don’t want like extremely broad shoulders like most swimmers have.

Will my shoulders get really broad if I swim 2 times a week?
