Lauren Bot is hoping the water will be just right for the city’s summer pool programs. Welland’s aquatics coordinator and her lifeguard/pool maintenance team were busy this week filling the city’s outdoor pools and preparing for what Bot hopes is a hot and busy season after a rainy summer in 2009.
