Tip No1. Start playing memory games and games that involve lots of thinking.

Tip No2. Use associations.
When you have to remember something specific, be sure to associate it with some funny or bizarre image or event. You can think of whatever you want as long as it stays in your mind. Try to use less calculators and mobile phone contacts. Try to do the equations in head and remember phone numbers and names using associations. The more you will use these techniques, the better your memory will become, and a good memory will always be a huge benefit.

Tip No4. Notice small details.
Pay attention to details and minor things. When you meet a friend, notice what clothing or jewelry she/he is wearing. When you enter some area, notice how many objects are there and where they are. Then close your eyes and try to recall what you saw. You can do this anywhere. For example, when you enter a parking lot, try to look at it for a few seconds, then close your eyes and recall how many cars where their, what brands where they and color of the cars.

It is the responsibility of the Radiator to keep the coolant temperature from running too high. However, if the temperature is too high it is not necessarily the radiator.

A poor radiator cap will not last as long or stay properly calibrated, and either opens at too low or two highs a pressure. Make sure your radiator cap is the proper one for your cooling system. Higher pressure means a higher boiling point, which means more efficient cooling. A new radiator cap is usually all that is required for this (but doesn’t over pressurize your radiator cores and wreck the whole system).

2. Rotation

To breath effectively it’s necessary to breath to the side. The easiest way to do this is to rotate the shoulders throughout the freestyle stroke. This is an easy way to allow the mouth to breath out of the water, which means less head rotation is required. Use your body roll and momentum to help rotate your head when breathing.

3. Stay relaxed

A secret to effortless swimming, not just effortless breathing, is to stay relaxed. Too often swimmers will tense up, hyperventilate and force themselves through the water. This isn’t how to swim fast. You must stay relaxed, keep calm and allow yourself to glide through the water. During your breathing, keep calm and allow yourself to breath normally without forcing air in and out.

That’s the three most improtant tips when it comes to breathing easier in freestyle. Remember to let all of your air out quickly through your nose and mouth just before you take a breath. Use momentum and body roll to help rotate your head while breathing, and remember to stay relaxed and breath deep into the lungs.
