Right now I weigh about 120 lbs. and I am looking to lose about 10 lbs. over the summer. I was wondering how many swimming laps should i do/how long should i be doing the exercise and how frequently a week should i do them? (and also what swimming style if that matters) can anyone give me advice on it?

yeah, im not a big fan of doing my hair. but i really dont feel like doing my hair every other day. so can someone tell me what kind of style? pictures included? THNX

I’m going to a swimming party and I have no clue how I should style my hair. I have fine and long hair that is layerd. I also have bangs and when i put my hair up i have short strands of hair framing my face, what should i do?

So, i have wavy/curly hair and i usually straighten it every day. My problem is that i always have swimming either 1st or 2nd period so what hairstyles can i do to make my hair look AMAZING. The other problem is that we are not allowed to blowdry our hair, straighten it or curl it. Please show me some hairstyles that will make me look fabulous. Thank you =]

I need someone to tell me what should I do to improve my 100m front crawl timing. Now my timing is 2 minutes and 44 seconds. I find this unsatisfactory. My 100m breaststroke timing is 1 min 50 seconds at best and 2 mins at worst and I would really like to be able to swim front crawl faster than breaststroke.

My instructor says my stroke is not bad, but not that good either and he’s gonna’ work with me on this. Since my lessons are only once a week(I might be able to go swimming one more day but thats the max), I want to know what else can I do to improve. It seems like I lack the strength and explosive power to swim fast all the way and it seems like I do better in long distance swims. Someone help me please?

I have swimming first and second period every other day and i need a way to style my hair. I was thinking about wearing it wavy somehow, but i dont know how to. its really damaged and frizzy so i cant let it air dry or dry in a ponytail because only the front is wavy and the rest is straight. i was thinking about putting it in pigtail braids but i didnt know if that would be too juvenile. any styling tips would really help thanks!!!!
