Foot Power: Plan out the rest of your running season
Hope you had a festive, relaxing Fourth of July and are ready to turn your attention to the rest of your summer racing schedule. Perhaps it’s time to make a goal for the end of the summer, or maybe even next week. Today’s column will hopefully help you map out your schedule.

Improve your power with specific training in the water. The buckets are filled with water, you strap in and swim against the resistance. Go 25 meters. Add water as you gt stronger.
