Hey, I work out most days of the week, and want to start interval training at the gym to make my workout more fun (if it gets boring, I lose motivation and membership is expensive!!!)…

Does this sound like a good fat burning workout…

Jogging 10 mins..then fast walking (6.0 mph) on an incline of around 5-6…Repeated until I have done this for around 40 minutes. (Followed by 30 minutes of front crawl swimming)

Answers appreciated…and any interval training tips would help as well..

Only a girl in my class can do both really well and it will be great if she can teach me how to swim. But she is a girl!! And I do have a crush on her!! A real strong crush. What should I do. To let her know or not? or to know her crush through using E-mails to cheat her crush out?? Please give advice. Thanks. Oh and, Her name is Yolanda Su from Toronto. This summer, (exactly from July 17 to August 2) Rome will be hosting all the passionate swimming fans ready to attend the thirteenth edition of the FINA swimming championships. FINA is the organization that advertises acquatics sports in all its disciplines and organizes the international competitive activities of swimming, synchronized swimming, diving and water polo.

According to the organization but also the Rome tourist board, this will be the most important 2009 sports event in the city. These Championships, differentiated for the competitions held not only in pools but also for diving, synchronized swimming, swimming in open water and water polo, will travel to Rome 2.500 athletes, 1.500 coaches and representing managers of over 170 Countries from all over the world.

This special sport event, that was already hosted in Rome in 1994 at the Foro Italico, isn’t only important for the competitive expressions and for the great world and olympic champions that will take part, such as Alessia Filippi , Michael Phelps, Federica Pellegrini andTania Cagnotto, but will also be very important for the economic aspect of roman tourism. Many Rome Hotels will be waiting to host these fans in their facilities.

The Opening Ceremony will be taking place on the 18th of July at the magnificent Stadio dei Marmi, located in the heart of the Foro Italico. Ticket sales for the Championships will start up on April 1st and there are 180 thousand total tickets available.

I want to start but dont know where to start at all. Like i know nothing about it please help. im always interested and i know the 4 types of swimming(breaststroke,butterfly stroke,freestyle, and backstroke.

I’ve looked all over but can’t find an actual list of the team standings from the 2006 NCAA Swimming and Diving Division 1 Competition.
