In the question, I mean freestyle as in the Front Crawl style of swimming. I need to know if the main speed of the stroke is from changing your body weight from left to right or is it from pulling the water.

i am 17 years old. My ambition is to get a six pack. I weigh 10 stone, 5 foot 8 in height. Can i achieve a six pack just from swimming. I don’t like doing sit ups or crunches. If so how often would i have to go swimming for a week and how long should i swim in each session using front crawl. Any tips or suggestions would be kindly appreciated . Can i achieve a six pack within 6 weeks ?
