Free style animation leading swimming school

I’m just guessing, you have to kick more, and harder. With freestyle I most rely on my amrs to move.

I am middle age and never took swimming serious, now for health reasons I am trying to learn freestyle swimming, I never sucked in so much water in a long time

My legs and feet seem to lag behind which of course reduces my speed and hurts distance.
