Go even learn to teach swimming and then put the video on YouTube

It’s videos like these that make people think synchro isn’t a sport.
If we want to be taken seriously, we need videos of REAL SWIMMERS doing REAL WORKOUTS and showing their athletic ability.
I have been a synchronized swimmer for 4 years now, I train 30 hours a week, and I find this pathetic.

  • Gems1500 says:

It’s called a under not a lung buster and also it’s not called a swim clip it’s called a nosie clip

  • Gems1500 says:

You do not need to wear a nosie clip I don’t and I can do like ten times what she did

  • synchrogrl4295 says:

    alrighty then!

  • synchrogrl4295 says:

nobody said you had to believe me

  • lollerskates1992 says:

    you can?

  • danielwa2 says:

this will increase the air in your lungs so you are able to go farther. allways face down, never look up, swim in a straight line or you be doing more distance, and dont start blowing air out untill you are atleast a 3rd of the way done or you will be done. Underwater swims arent the safest thing, the best workout for underwater swimming is deep water snorkeling or hypoxic swimming

  • danielwa2 says:

glide time is important, you have to know when its time to stroke again. you want to the get the best out of each glide, but dont let the glide come stationairy. ALSO important, when you attempt anything more than a 25m underwater, try to go as deep as possible, and slowly come up as you are swimming.

  • danielwa2 says:

her stroke is totally wrong. if you are doing an underwater dont come all the way out with your stroke, it creates more resistance. you want to keep it close into your body as you push down.

  • danielwa2 says:

yeah right and i can swim a 500 yard in 3 mins

  • gnemick says:

you dont have to do that you can do flutter kick if you have bad knees like me and you dont need the noseclip our coaches tell us not to use one.

imagine that sexy mami all oiled up in my large bed gliding on my piece….no need to hold your breath….dayum…

  • juwwls99 says:

think about it. that girl is swimming at her HOUSE. ur gonna be swimming an under water that is like 50-75 yards long. and u dont reallly need a noseclip. just watch some olympic vids of synchro and then ull understand why shes teaching u these underwaters.

  • synchrogrl4295 says:

I don’t wear noseclips and I have swam 50m underwater without much difficulty.

  • eccentricemily says:

and you wear noseclips not so you dont blow bubbles out but to keep water from going up your nose.

  • eccentricemily says:

wtf.. that isnt impressive at all. thats like a 15m under.. try like a 50m one.. who on earth needs a video to tell them how to swim a length underwater? holy.. ridiculous.

  • emilycat2 says:
