Finally! After all these years someone comes up with a guide to the most common beginner’s errors.
I’m definitely trying this tomorrow. I have a feeling I’m doing all of those things wrong.
Definetely well done. Good job
Thanks alot
This movie is so great i was worried about adaptation of Iron Man 2 but i watched it at IM2Play(.)tk and im satisfied
THANK U SIR!
Great info – Thanks – Well done.
You train the muscles to avoid a dropped elbow, and a good training technique is with the elastic bands, half pulls with a high elbow.
You want to keep your air as long as possible in the flip turn to allow the extra bouyancy help your breakout. Exhale at the last minute just before you get your first breath. Also, efficiency is very important so practice that flip turn endlessly with a quick flip and tight streamline. And, have a coach look at your flip turn to get some feedback. Good luck.
good tips
Great tips. I just realised that maybe I do all of these things, so thanks!
i have a swim meet that is on the 19th,plz help me im swimming 200 yard freestyle, and every time i do a flip turn i lose my breath please help me
yeah, my feet and legs are not near the surface, and they kind of drag behind me at a 45º. Not cool.
Thanks and thank you!
I learned that i every morning 08.30 to 10.00 i swim 3 miles overextended and i had pains in my back…
Excellent video, very clear. Except the last tip — dropped elbow — its so common when energy levels drop. Any drill to practice avoiding a dropped elbow? Or is it something that you just have to train your mind for?
Good clear advice. Thanks for condensing it and making it easy to understand. Now to try and work on each item on the list!!!
This is a good job!
Thank you!
awesome video!!! i actually learned
Awesome. I just learned I was overextending. Will correct at tomorrows pool session!
