@swimmerforever2008 i srsly gotta agree. how the hell do you sprint a whole 100? its not a sprinting event!
This guy is gay! He doesn’t know butterfly.. Why is he wearing a friggin’ swim cap if he’s bald !?
he means the kick to stroke ratio.
so you are correct, 2 kicks, 1 stroke, although the kicks are in a strong weak pattern, where the first is strong, and the other is weak.
kick 2 stroke? isnt it 2 kick 1 stroke?
my advise is in additional to power, flexibility is a MUST training for butterfly, I have a set of stretch exercise to practice this stroke
Thanks alot. Very helpful.
you suck
tiring lol
You should be building too much muscles. You should just be toning and getting muscle resistance, which means doing lower weights, and more repititions. I dont know what you are saying with strokes. Just respond back and ill tell you.
Im just starting to do swimming and i need to start doing my strokes and shit will these vids/ help me out? and how do my muscles need to be?
anyone out there who swims or started swimming. do weights. stretch. workout with bands. anything possible to build your muscles. i injured myself cuz i didnt build up my muscles around my shoulders and stuff so yea. try to get in some work for your upper body. GOOD LUCK!
