  • omgeelaurenn says:

@Sphereshock Yeah, thats what I thought. Haha thanks!(:

  • SMOKINU497 says:

haha i agree your getting more drag than anything with your kick

  • Sphereshock says:

If you guys want good swimming tips type in Jimmy d shea swimming lessons. He’s a Marine and is an amazing swimmer. Very good videos to help you with all the different types of swimming. Many have looked at them and you can see all of the positive comments he gets. Check it out!

  • Sphereshock says:

@omgeelaurenn Yeah you’re supposed to point ur feet. My brother was Navy special forces and he always told me to point my feet when I swim. You can practice flutter kicks outside the pool by laying on your back with your hands under your tail bone. Point your toes and begin kicking. Really there shouldn’t be a whole lot of bend in ur knees, maybe slightly.

  • omgeelaurenn says:

noo, i thought i were supposed to point yur feet. wtf. i kinda disagree with this vid.): sorry.

  • krisseyb says:

@leweb2000 Oh, wow. Did that teacher get fired? but thanks. :)

  • qwerty8me556 says:

FYI, for all those swimmers our there trying to get that AA cut, DO NOT DO THIS! you need to extend you legs out and kick with your hips! otherwise you’ll be stuck with that BB cut!

  • MusicFanaticSMV says:

    THis video fucking sucks!

  • leweb2000 says:

NEW SWIMMERS PLEASE DISREGARD THIS VIDEO!!!
the positions etc are incorrect! I am trying to correct these errors in my own training after having a bad instructor who only focuses on feeling up women in the class!!!

  • hayleydisca says:

kick with straight legs or what??

  • horsestar13 says:

Hey trunks make decent drag suits thank you! and i know plenty of guys (USA and YMCA league swimmers both) who swim in trunks as well as jammers.

  • ChargerPlayer100 says:

ok well first of all you bend from the hip not the knee and second you dont swim in trunks

  • aquasolterra says:

    Straight to the hip
    But yer too late, Baby
    You give Freestyle
    a bad name

  • del102 says:

    seriously?? “just like this”

  • Papiprah says:

Sorry, this is the wrong way of explaining it, your video shows movement at the knee. Movement starts at the hips, only at the hips, everything else follows. Easy.
