The swimmer in this video is Martiza Corriea. Matriza is the only woman in NCAA history to win National Championships is freestyle events from the 50 all the way to the 1650. While watching her stroke, one word should come to mind POWER! She has a great 6 beat kick (look at the speed!) and she has a great solid head position. Look closely at her pull pattern her hands follow the same line on every pull. Even though she is really moving, she is smooth. You have to control the water you cannot overpower it and hack at it.
