I am learning swimming , 4 lessons now. I can do leg kicks on back and move forward and float etc. When i try on the front (facing downwards like normally when you swim), i slowly sink becoming vertical in the end. My coach said he couldn’t figure it out.
Anybody sees the problem. I do almost the same leg speed, movement. but i don’t manage to float even if i use the kickboard in my hands in front.
I am among the thin people. not fat.
and tell me how to do it also.thx
