I have changed 3 instructors so far and have been learning swimming for the 2 years, practicing 3 days a week. Still I am not able to swim a lap. I do not want to give up after investing so much money, time and effort. I would like to know if there is any technique that I can try that will help me. I have been using TI method too. Does not appear to be helping much. My problem is when I try to breathe, instead of rolling I lift my head and I start to sink.

Any help is appreciated.

The KICKER by tropical Penguin and invented by coach Steve Friederang is one of only two devices (we do the other on our isokinetic swim bench) to use both movements in the flutter kick at the same time. This fixes the hip joint and builds a much more specific power and endurance than kicking with one foot at a time. This video shows one method of adjusting the device with our custom covered tubing. The other way is to use different straight bands. We sell both for al sizes and levels of swimmers and triathletes.
